- Apple Motion is a standalone ProApp that works in conjunction with Final Cut Pro. And in fact, even if you don't have Motion you do have some items inside of Final Cut that came from Motion. Most notably, let's actually head to the titles and generator a sidebar where every single title and generator was built inside of Motion before coming into Final Cut. The same is true if we go into our timeline and bring up our effects browser, the majority of effects that you see here came from Motion so did the transitions. If you go back to your effects browser, and go into All and right click in effect like fifties TV, more than likely you're going to be able to open a copy of that in motion, make some adjustments and even add to it to create a different look so you can have it in Final Cut.
