So oftentimes we don't know how long something's going to take us or what it's going to require of us, and we don't usually have a ton of free time in our schedule. So one of the things that we like to do when we have people that are overwhelmed is to start with putting time around the project, something simple like 30 minutes or 15 minutes if you're starting a large project. Because once you get started and it becomes more grounded and it becomes less of an idea and it becomes more of a task, or the project starts to get a little bit of momentum, it's much easier to start. The other thing would be the perfectionism of I want to do this so well, and that desire is so big that it's hard for me to get started, because what if I can't do it to the degree that I want to do it? And do I have the capacity? So there's a little bit of self-doubt that comes with that.
