Yes, perfectionism is really tricky, super common. And perfectionism means that you have an unattainable standard. Whatever perfect looks like for you is an impossible standard for you to meet, and therefore it breeds procrastination. The way that we get around perfectionism with people is that we have them just start and be okay with good. And I think that being okay with good for a perfectionist always feels like it's not enough. Decision fatigue takes many different forms. So one of the things that we have to do is we're constantly choosing, what am I going to do in this moment? The numbers are really different, but maybe it's like we have to make 32,000 decisions if we're in our 40s, have a mortgage, have kids, you know, a day. I mean, it's something ridiculous like that.
