- [Instructor] In this lesson, we're going to focus on internal information sharing. Now, once we've determined the coordinating relationships that we're going to use, we now have to determine how we're actually going to pass information to those other teams, whether that's directly to the other teams or through a coordinating team. Now, this is sometimes based on your organizational culture of your company or your business, so it's important to recognize that too. For example, some organizations are highly vertical in nature. If I work in IT and I want to send something over to the legal department, am I allowed to do that? Well, if I work in a highly vertical organization, they may require me to send it to my departmental manager and then they would send it over to the legal department's manager, and then they would send it down to the person in legal who's going to take action on the information that I sent.
