- [Narrator] My experience, I've been met with quite some resistance when talking to people about deploying SIEMs in their environments. While it's not necessarily a huge change to your existing infrastructure, it does cost money and time, and given the proliferation of security tools in the market, it's understandable that some people are unsure about this tool. Before we proceed, let me emphasize that a SIEM is by no means a replacement for your security team or a comprehensive security program or strategy.
