- [Instructor] To navigate to your contacts, click the people icon on the left hand side of the screen. It's going to take you to a list of any current contacts that you might already have in there. You can click on their name and see the details on the right hand side. There's two ways to create a new contact. The first one is to click "new contact' on the top left hand side of the screen, it's going to open up a large dialogue box in which you can put in as much or as little as you want about that contact. You can click down inside "address" and populate their business address. On the right hand side, you can click and add some notes about that contact. You'll notice an updated contact card being constantly updated while we're typing. From here, I'll click save and close. To delete a contact, you can just highlight them and then click the delete key on your keyboard. Most of the time, however, you'll be adding contacts directly from your email.
