- [Instructor] Having a competitive advantage is no secret. You want to share these benefits by communicating frequently. However, your brand's advantage is only as good as your communication plan. First, establish how you'll communicate consistently about these advantages internally to your people. Why? You wouldn't want your customer service team saying your competitive advantage is the great relationships with customers when the executive team is saying your advantage is a high level of innovation, and the brand team is touting product quality in the market.
