- [Instructor] Creating a quiz using Microsoft Forms is very much like creating a survey. In fact, most of the question creation tasks are exactly the same. So, in this movie, I will point out the differences between creating a multiple-choice question for a quiz versus a survey, and the lessons will apply to most of the other question types as well. After you create a quiz, you can add a multiple-choice or choice question by clicking the Add New button, and then clicking Choice. Here, as before, you can create your question. So, I will change the text in the question box to What is the preferred information used to look up a customer's order? And now you can set a number of options. I'll start with option one, and that will be order number. Option two will be customer ID number. Then I'll click Add Option, and for option three I'll have customer address.
