- [Instructor] Organizations of all kinds and sizes need to gather information from customers, clients, and even fellow employees to operate effectively. You can use surveys to ask questions and capture the feedback you need. In this movie I will show you how to create a survey in Microsoft Forms. I have logged into forms.microsoft.com using my Office 365 account. And I'm on the My forms tab of this page. To create a new form I will click the New Form button. And that opens an Untitled form. So I'll go ahead and click the Untitled form title. And you can see I'm able to add a title. Also a description and an image if I want to. I will title this form Robot Purchase Survey. And the description, which I will enter in the Enter a description box, is Follow up survey for customers who purchased robots. From here I will add an image. So I'll click the Insert image button. And I want to upload from the exercise files…
