- [Instructor] After you have closed a quiz to further responses, you can view its results. I'll show you how to do that in this movie. And I have opened a second copy of the Web Chat Customer Service Quiz that I created. I had to create a second copy of the quiz because once I posted the results, which you'll see in another movie, I am unable to repost. So I had to create a copy and generate some more responses. So we're currently looking at the questions for the quiz. However, I see on the responses tab that I have nine responses. So I'll go ahead and click the responses tab, and we can look there. So we can see of the nine responses, the average score was 6.7 out of 10 and that the quiz is still active, that is, results could still come in. If we look down at our questions, we can see for question one, which is multiple choice, a pie chart that shows the distribution. This says we had six that selected the order number,…
