- [Instructor] If you plan to copy and paste information from other sources into a OneNote notebook, like the essential info area of this landing hotel page that you see here, you may always want to copy and paste and have it either include formatting, not include formatting, maybe merge the formatting to the formatting settings of that notebook. Well, you can go in and set the default for this within the OneNote paste options. Now, I've already copied this essential information to the clipboard of my device, and I'm going to minimize this webpage so that you can see what it looks like if I were pasting this just based on the default setting of OneNote before it's customized.
