So let's talk about resources. Some of them come in the form of practical support. Like enough resource on your team, a supportive manager to protect you from excess demands, your childcare setup, the employee assistance program available from your organization. I think of these resources as evergreen and essential, enabling you to do your job. And here are some additional evergreen and essential resources which are pretty universal when it comes to well-being; good sleep hygiene, regular exercise, and a healthy diet. But I've been through periods of change and disruption. I know that even staying on top of these all important things might not be enough of a resource to keep you afloat. That's why I think it's useful to think through what resources you can keep in your back pocket when you hit a particularly intense phase of change or uncertainty.
