In this course, we've looked at ways to resource your well-being during periods of high demand brought about by change and uncertainty. We've covered ideas like building stability into your routine with proven techniques that boost your well-being, like flow and regular slots for social connection. We've looked at ways to seek out more control over the things that matter most to you, and why levity and positive emotion can counterbalance the negative experience of change. And we've taken a deep dive into the importance of rest, among other techniques that can boost your well-being in the here and now. Like everything with well-being, though, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. That's why I recommend you use this course like a toolkit.
