- [Narrator] Shopify has dozens of prebuilt reports which provide a ton of value, but eventually you'll probably need to create your own reports or customize these existing reports. Up until recently, Shopify restricted this feature to only the higher level plans. Shopify now has made this feature available on all plans, which is fantastic. Let's start by customizing an existing report. I love this total returns over time, so let's go ahead and open this one up. But let's say you have a problem. One of your products was mislabeled, so 99% of those products were eventually returned. That'll throw off all the numbers in this report. Let's go ahead and customize this report to keep it basically as is, but exclude that one product. Up at the top here we can see Shopify's query language that's showing us how they're doing all this. We don't need to modify it that way. We can instead configure it over here on the right. We can add new metrics, like return fees or the return rate. I'll leave…
