Okay. So next we're going to talk about software as a service and how it differs from traditional on-premises deployment infrastructure as a service and platform as a service. Now Snowflake is —and it's really important to remember this for the certification— it is software as a service or SaaS. Now you may have heard this term in the past, but what does it really mean? So we're going to use this analogy, which I love. And unfortunately I can't credit this diagram to where it came from. I can't find the original author of it. But I love this metaphor, which is essentially a pizza shop, and all of the things that a pizza shop needs to do, and it provides a great metaphor for us to use to describe the differences between the different models. Now the figure starts on the left hand side with on-premises deployment, where you as the customer, you manage all the operations involved in the pizza-making process.
