Ltd. (DDTPL). 🔹 Focus: Manufacturing LCD & TFT-LCD modules – key components for smartphones, TVs, monitors, and automotive displays. 🔹 Expansion: The JV will also assemble finished products like smartphones, televisions, and monitors, with scope to introduce HKC-branded devices in India. 🔹 Structure: Dixon will hold 74% stake, while HKC will invest for 26% ownership. 1moStill we are getting involved in importing technology rather than building indigenously..... that's why India is still behind countries like China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Korea and Japan. They are all Asian peers but where are we right now....???
