I just read this piece by my colleague Adam Gottfried, and it perfectly captures what we're seeing in the market right now... There’s a huge disconnect between what companies believe about AI and how they’re actually using it: - 9 in 10 CX leaders say AI can improve customer experience. - Only 3 in 10 are doing anything with it.
