When Access42, one of France’s major accessibility companies, needed a better way to qualify incoming quote requests, I got the chance to help design their quote website. Working alongside kayro.ai, I led the design of a new public-facing form and admin dashboard, with accessibility built into every layer from the start. The result? - Users can book meetings directly, reducing unnecessary back-and-forth - People with disabilities can use the new quote platform because it was designed with accessibility in mind. The website is fully RGAA compliant. - Access42 gets more qualified requests, with better context up front - Admins get a centralized dashboard to manage incoming requests Read the case study: https://lnkd.in/dtS9NDyq
