Good Morning LinkedIn! I know it's FAR too early to mention the 'C' word. After all, at the time of writing it's still 92 Days away but... Seasonal messages can capitalise on 'point in time' opportunities that we've seen Bullhorn Automation have a huge impact with. Regardless of the occasion, event or festival, they present a chance to re-engage with Candidates and Client Contacts (aka the data you ALREADY own) on your database. I'm delighted therefore to announce the first of our Spotlight Speakers this coming Friday and back by popular demand you might say(!) - the one and only Richard Caldicott. Richard has supported scores of agencies with guidance around their Bullhorn Automation strategies but back in Q4 2024, as a Spotlight Speaker he shared how a business he previously supported implemented a seasonal messaging campaign that delivered striking results. - 300k Candidates segmented and engaged with messaging tailored according to said segmentation - 100k Client Contacts engaged - Consultants notified upon click of a link that Clients did indeed have requirements that Richard's company could potentially support them with - Consultants provided with warm leads #happiness - Quiet desks in the run-up to Year End all of a sudden very busy desks! As such, maybe it's still a little early to be thinking about Christmas, sure. But if you like the sound of putting your agency's existing data to work in the way this Automation use case did for Richard and his team last year, maybe just maybe it's not....
