via Stockhead Stellar Resources lines up next promising project in tin-rich North West Tasmania Stellar Resources has acquired a full interest in the Granite Tor project, which sits in the same basement stratigraphy and Devonian granites that host the Renison tin mine (owned by Metals X and Yunnan Tin) and Stellar’s Heemskirk project. The project has both #tin and rare earth element (#REE) potential. Stream sediment sampling by past explorers returned up to 8.1% tin along a four-kilometre-long soil anomaly, and up to 9.5% cerium. Stellar Resources Managing Director, Simon Taylor, said it was a pleasure to add the Granite Tor project to SRZ’s portfolio of tin opportunities. I’m honored to be joining the upcoming Megaprojects Conference on December 8th for the panel discussion Climate-Resilient Infrastructure: Designing for the Next 50 Years. It’s a virtual event, and one that features none other than Prof. Bent Flyvbjerg. I reference How Big Things Get Done constantly in my work — it’s become almost a reflex whenever I’m tackling complex projects. Most recently, I leaned on its insights in a just-completed technoeconomic assessment of seabed mining of polymetallic nodules. The lens Flyvbjerg provides on scale, uncertainty, and risk is invaluable in making sense of whether “big ideas” are achievable, or just distractions. Being part of this conversation alongside Bent and others is a privilege, and I’m looking forward to exploring how we can design infrastructure today that still stands strong fifty years from now. Sable has completed a 535 line-km VTEM™ survey at the Copper Queen Project, which covered Breccias 1–3, the Roof target, and part of Breccia 4, highlighting: ➡️ Conductive & magnetic features below Breccias 1–3, suggesting links to a concealed porphyry. ➡️ Two new conductivity anomalies on unexplored ground near the Roof zone, including Roof East and Roof South. ➡️ Field follow-up planned for late August. As Ruben Padilla, President & CEO, noted: “The geophysics support our initial idea of two different mineralization styles: outcropping Cu-bearing magmatic hydrothermal breccias and a potential blind Cu porphyry connected to the breccias at depth.” 🔗 Learn more in our August 18th news: https://lnkd.in/grW6Ewcj #SableResources #MiningExploration #ProMiningJurisdictions #SanJuan #BritishColumbia #Mexico #CopperGold #JuniorExplorer #Mining

🛰️ Smarter Monitoring for Open-Pit Mines Open-pit mines face many geotechnical risks, from slope failures to subsidence across haul roads and potentially tailings dams. 3vGeomatics’ satellite InSAR detects millimetre-scale ground movement across entire sites, active or inactive, with no on-site hardware installation required. Historical data since 1992 and multi-angle coverage help teams assess displacement direction and risk. Scalable, precise, and cost-effective, InSAR empowers safer, smarter mining decisions. 🔗 LEARN MORE OR REQUEST A QUOTE: https://lnkd.in/gC9A6VaA #3vGeomatics #Geosolutions #OricaDigitalSolutions #Orica #InSAR #OpenPitMining

"Deep mines are too complex for connectivity" Try telling that to a 1.5 km-deep tunnel network running on private 5G. Callio Pyhäjärvi already has a private 5G network running seamlessly across one of Europe’s deepest mines, handling harsh conditions, multi-level tunnels, and constant movement with zero compromise. Real-time control. Full visibility. Ultra-low latency. No more blind spots. No more dropped comms. No more excuses. Mining isn’t too complex for connectivity. It demands the best of it. Swipe to see what private 5G is enabling for Callio FutureMINE. ➡️ https://ow.ly/bxia50X9zTq… Curious about the other private networks myths we’re busting? ➡️ https://ow.ly/H1Lt50X9zTp

Stellar Resources (ASX: SRZ) has announced the acquisition of the highly prospective Granite Tor Project in Tasmania's world-class tin province. The 122km2 project area is located near Stellar's flagship Heemskirk Tin Project and hosts significant tin and rare earth element (REE) potential based on historical exploration. Historic stream sediment sampling at Granite Tor has returned up to 8.1% tin, while soil sampling has delineated a 4km long anomaly grading over 100ppm tin that remains untested by drilling. The project also shows potential for REE mineralisation, with stream sediment samples returning up to 9.6% cerium. Stellar Managing Director Simon Taylor commented, "Stellar is pleased to add Granite Tor to its exploration portfolio of tin opportunities. The project provides a low-cost entry point for exposure to a large area with demonstrated tin potential along with REE elements such as Cerium." The acquisition of Granite Tor further consolidates Stellar's position in the region, with the company now controlling over 156km2 through its East Renison and Granite Tor projects. This provides a pipeline of potential development stage projects to feed into future production at the company's flagship Heemskirk Tin Project.#Tin, #rareEarths, #graniteTorProject, #heemskirkTinProject, #worldClassTinProvince
