It’s encouraging to see Transdev leading the conversation on how public-private partnerships can bring real benefits to riders and communities. The focus on electrification, workforce development, and innovative transit solutions shows a commitment to not just moving people, but building stronger, more sustainable systems for the future. That said, the success of these initiatives depends heavily on making sure frontline shops are equipped with the proper tools, software, and support. For example, at the Denver Broadway location we often struggled for years without the necessary specialty equipment, which made it difficult to properly repair buses and keep service running smoothly. Unfortunately, priorities sometimes leaned more toward politics and corporate distractions than giving technicians what they needed to succeed. Strong partnerships only work when investment reaches the shop floor — because that’s where safe, reliable transit truly begins. #FutureOfMobility #TransitInnovation #Communities
