🌟 ACHSM Member Spotlight: Ben Noteboom, FCHSM CHE 🌟 We’re proud to kick off our new ACHSM Spotlight Series — celebrating the remarkable leaders who shape and strengthen our College community. Meet Ben Noteboom, ACHSM WA Branch Councillor and Executive Director, Royal Perth Bentley Group – East Metropolitan Health Service. “I joined ACHSM in 2015 as I stepped from full-time clinical work into management and leadership — a turning point where I wanted to grow beyond the bedside and influence health care more broadly. ACHSM offered rich professional development and learning opportunities that helped me build the knowledge and confidence to lead effectively.” As a Certified Health Executive (CHE), Ben highlights the power of connection and lifelong learning: “The professional development is high calibre, accessible, and practical — from networking events to webinars and conferences. But even more valuable are the relationships and networks I’ve built. When I stepped away from bedside clinical work, I felt like I’d lost my ‘tribe.’ ACHSM gave me a new one — a community of health leaders to learn from, connect with, and grow alongside.” 👏 We thank Ben for his dedication to advancing leadership in health service management and for being an inspiring voice within our College.
