At the NextUp Summit, I shared what history teaches us: external barriers like pay gaps, bias, and underrepresentation are real. But the most important battle starts within. If we can master our mindset, we can change our lives. Years ago, I stepped into a role I didn’t feel ready for. I made a decision to train my thinking differently. I told myself every single day: “I can learn anything. And once I learn it, I can become really good at it.” That simple mantra transformed my fear into fuel and turned uncertainty into growth. Three generations of women in my family — my mother, myself, and my daughter— have proved one truth: when women believe in themselves, they become unstoppable. And when women become unstoppable, they lift up humanity. So ask — what’s the mantra you will tell yourself?

1wThis one session truly inspired me, so much that I got goosebumps and even shed a tear, which is rare for me. Some powerful truths I’ll carry forever: ✨ We can't control external barriers, but we *can* conquer the internal ones. That mindset and discipline shape what we believe we can achieve. Fear + curiosity = learning and growth. Instead of saying "I can't," ask yourself, "How can I learn and get better?" No one can make you feel inferior without your consent. Progress may be slow, but consistency leads to growth. Remember, success starts from within. Keep pushing, keep believing, and keep working for it!
