Tissue Regenix has revealed its CEO Daniel Lee has stepped down with immediate effect as the company said it has restated its 2024 results following the discovery of ‘financial inaccuracies’. The York-based regenerative medical devices firm said that a review of year-end inventory and cost of sales for the financial year ended 31 December 2024 has resulted in adjusted EBITDA being revised from a previously reported $1.9m profit to a $1.0m loss. The restatement has also had a knock-on impact on the first half of 2025, with adjusted EBITDA for H1 revised from a $0.2m profit to a $2.3m loss.

In recent days, our TIMOTEC (formerly BLOCK Technology) team, in cooperation with our distributor Altium Croatia, conducted staff training at hospitals in Osijek and Varaždin. 🔷 The aim was to provide healthcare professionals with the knowledge and guidance needed to operate laboratory isolators designed for the preparation of cytotoxic drugs. These devices ensure the safe and accurate preparation of individualized chemotherapy doses for specific patients. Each facility uses a configuration tailored to its needs – from two-glove to four-glove isolator variants. The isolators are equipped with integrated scales and computers displaying preparation recipes, allowing for precise dosing and maximum control over drug compounding. 💫 The training focused not only on the technical operation of the devices but also on procedural aspects of working in a hospital environment.
