Applications for the 8th Cohort of the U.S.-Japan Network for the Future are now open! This two-year program seeks U.S.-Japan specialists from across the United States and Japan with an interest in becoming policy intellectuals. The next cohort will bring the diverse expertise and perspectives necessary to solve the policy problems of the future through research and shared dialogue. Apply by January 16, 2026 for the chance to develop your policy skills and join the Network. U.S.-based applicants must be American citizens or permanent residents.
