FROM STATIC DOCUMENTS TO DYNAMIC CONVERSATIONS: SHARING EPTA JOURNEY AT THE WORLD SUMMIT AI Last week I attended the World Summit AI World Summit AI in Amsterdam, and it was an incredible experience. I had the honor of being invited representing EPTA GROUP by Amazon Web Services (AWS) to present at their stand with my colleague and fellow, Mirche Mirkoski from Crayon. We showcased the project we're developing at Epta: turning our dense technical documentation into a smart, interactive chatbot on Teams for our technical employees. The goal is to unlock all that valuable knowledge from static files and make it an instant, conversational resource. Essentially, we're helping our technical experts get immediate answers instead of searching through documents. It was a privilege to share our work on such an important stage and I learned so much just by being there. A huge thank you to AWS and Crayon for the opportunity, and to Epta for driving this project forward. And of course, a massive thanks to my team who are making it all happen: Viviana De Sero, Maurizio Dell'Eva and Sergio Robles.
