Tomorrow is Work Menopause Day. And I’m not just marking it—I’m making it matter. Back in September, I sat on stage at the Labour Party Conference and spoke about menopause. Not as a medical moment, but as a workplace reality. A leadership opportunity. A human experience that deserves visibility, respect, and action. I shared what it means to lead with kindness when someone’s confidence is wobbling. To build systems that flex for fluctuating energy. To make menopause part of the everyday—not a whispered exception. And I wasn’t alone. At our Purpose Coalition event, I stood alongside brilliant colleagues who are still working, still leading, still thriving through menopause. We shared stories, swapped strategies, and made one thing clear: menopause isn’t a career cliff. It’s a chapter that deserves support, celebration, and strength. This year’s theme—Lifestyle Medicine—reminds us that small, everyday choices can shape wellbeing. But let’s go further. Let’s make workplace culture part of that medicine. Let’s build environments where menopause isn’t just accommodated—it’s understood, anticipated, and championed. So tomorrow, I’ll be talking about menopause again. In meetings, in messages, in moments of quiet advocacy. Because every conversation chips away at stigma. Every policy shift makes space. And every visible leader makes it easier for someone else to say, “Me too.” Let’s keep making menopause visible. At work. In leadership. In legacy. #WorkMenopauseDay #MenopauseMatters #KindnessIsStrength #VisibleLeadership #PurposeCoalition #StillWorking #LabourPartyConference #EverydayImpact
