Kicking off the week in style (and with a bit of spice)! Had a fantastic time at the Jamie Oliver Cookery School at John Lewis, learning how to make Mexican corn tortillas, pulled chicken and salsa. A lovely start to the week with great company from friends at Nockolds. Safe to say, if the law ever fails, at least we’ve got a backup career in Mexican street food… though maybe Clare and I will a bit more practice before opening a food truck!
