As we close out #HispanicHeritageMonth, we’re proud to spotlight Marvilla Asencio Moreira, PharmD, RPh, a Manager on our Clinical Supply Chain team and an active member of our LatinX Employee Resource Group (ERG). Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Marvilla shares how important it is to celebrate her roots and heritage – and how the LatinX ERG provides space for connection and community. Over the past two years, Marvilla has brought her culture to life by organizing salsa dance lessons led by an instructor and sharing classic Puerto Rican dishes and artwork. These activities created meaningful opportunities for colleagues to learn, connect, and celebrate together. We are grateful to Marvilla and all our ERG members who help foster belonging, openness, and cultural appreciation across our company. #InclusionMatters
