Such a good callout. James Dyett is incredible. Worth noting that he was just as effective at Stripe, where he spent years building teams that served customers across the whole spectrum, from startups to huge enterprises (Amazon, Instacart, etc). A true master of turning a normal sales process into an insightful strategy exercise for the customer looking to grow.
