🚨 Customer Harassment by Rapido – Hidden Charges & Unfair Practices 🚨 As a regular user of Rapido, I have noticed a troubling pattern – the fare shown at the time of booking is never the same as the final amount after completing the ride. While I ignored these discrepancies earlier, today’s experience was a clear case of customer harassment. For a short bike ride, Rapido added ₹16 as "Previous Dues" in my invoice. This is shocking because there have never been any pending payments — every ride has always been paid in full, down to the last rupee. So, what are these “dues” that customers are suddenly made to pay? On top of that, the driver started the ride timer without even reaching the exact pickup location, further adding to the unfairness. This kind of practice makes customers feel cheated. Instead of building trust, Rapido seems to be prioritizing profits over customer satisfaction by adding hidden charges and manipulating fares. 👉 It’s high time Rapido takes accountability: Stop showing one fare at booking and charging another later. Provide transparency on any “extra charges.” Ensure drivers follow fair ride practices. If this continues, customers will have no choice but to limit their usage of Rapido. Some key findings of the J.D. Power 2025 North America #Airport Satisfaction Study that should be considered in awarding #ORDerUp! and expediting #ORDNext: 🔹 #Local flavors make a big difference: One of the bigger drivers of this year’s increase in #passengersatisfaction is food, beverage and retail programs. Airport efforts to incorporate #authentic local food and beverage brands into their #terminal offerings have helped to fuel that increase. 🔹 Airport experience wields major influence on passenger spending: Passengers who rate their airport experience as “perfect” spend an average of $42.39 in the terminal. That is $16.54 more than passengers who rate their airport experience as “just OK.” 🔹 Mega airports like #ORD lag on wait times and crowding: While 50%-56% of passengers at medium and large airports cleared #security in 10 minutes or less, just 23% of mega airport passengers had a similar experience.
