Meet Meredith 👋 A former District Manager Intern, now Student Ambassador in our Batavia, IL division. Reflecting on her summer with ALDI, Meredith shared: “At the conclusion of the summer, I can confidently say that this 10-week program exceeded any of my possible expectations.” From shadowing warehouse operations to gaining experience in HR and retail management, Meredith’s internship gave her hands-on opportunities to learn and grow as a leader.
