🚀 The AI CEO Summit - Hosted by Autometry & Google Yesterday, I had the privilege of hosting the AI CEO Summit, in partnership with Google. I firmly believe the recruitment industry can, and should, be an AI winner. But that will only happen if we act decisively now. The path forward isn’t about hype; it’s about education, experimentation and execution. We need to learn from the best minds in AI (a big thank you to the Google team for their exceptional sessions on AI foundations, data readiness and agentic) and we must build flexible, testable AI strategies that evolve with our businesses. 💡 Core themes explored: AI foundations for success - why agentic workflows won’t work on legacy CRM data and how to build new datasets fit for AI. AI strategic design - how to create meaningful, revenue-focused AI strategies using the Autometry four-stage framework.
