What FAIR CULTURE means to you? Safety is the matter of each and every person, wherever we are and whatever we do. Today we shout loud for this collective downtime! But be assured, we do it every day with the aim of : 1. Increasing collective awareness 2. Sharing experience and feedback 3. Reaffirming everyone’s commitment Because a FAIR CULTURE means: 1. Feel confident to raise concerns and report mistakes without fear of blame 2. Errors are in fact the opportunities to learn and improve systems, not a reason to punish! 3. Each of us takes responsibility for safe behavior through respecting rules 4. Openness, fairness and trust guide how we work! And you? How do you develop the Fair culture within your company and team? EDF Dalkia Middle East EDF Middle East #BeAware #BeFair
