30-45% of deals today can start inbound if you cut the form step. One click to chat, not “submit and wait”. In five minutes, the buyer gets answers on pricing, you confirm ICP fit, and both sides know if it’s worth moving forward. That’s the difference between closing in two weeks or losing momentum in two months. The old loop: form, SDR call, AE call, another call, was built for sellers. Buyers don’t tolerate it anymore. They expect to qualify and book on their terms, in one continuous interaction. Teams still clinging to static forms and slow email follow-ups are bleeding pipeline they never even see. The shift is here: DM Selling. Intent captured and acted on immediately. The ones doing it are pulling ahead. The ones not doing it are being left out of the AI shift in GTM. That’s exactly why we built Knock AI, to make DM Selling the default.
Knock AI seems like a promising tool to implement this new sales strategy.
I agree here, but bounded agreement. Enterprise buyers (orgs with 5000+ employees) still require lots of internal consensus and approvals before a budget decision is made. Your observations are probably tge most applicable for smaller organizations, which I define here as orgs with less than 100 employees and especially < 50 employees. Those smaller organizations have a shorter buying cycle typically because of less hierarchy and less complexity.
Cutting down the form step definitely streamlines the buyer journey.
It's clear that adapting to AI-driven GTM strategies is essential now.
Reducing friction in the sales process can capture more deals. Are there any risks to eliminating the form step entirely, though?
Exciting to see how Knock AI is positioned to drive real impact with this new sales strategy. Innovative tools like this are reshaping how teams engage and convert—looking forward to seeing the results!
