The state of Tennessee is violating my civil rights through a compulsory intern program and by forcing my child to attend a pediatric clinic associated with a learning program's at East Tennessee Children's Hospital, UTCollege have found no available pediatric care within a two-hour radius of Knoxville that is independent of this learning program and does not permit the involvement of interns without my consent." this is not only a state issue, it is a federal issue, we are being dictated and forced to participate in programs of interns to medically assess our children without consent. Because all these pediatrics and doctor's office hospitals are now part of these teaching programs here in the state of Tennessee, it is called assumed consent. No longer needing our permission to medically, assess our children. What a civil rights violation and dictatorship
