Business Performance - The last quarter was led by the BFSI vertical, which grew by 30.7% year-on-year, followed by Software & Hi-Tech, which grew by 14.1%, and Healthcare and Life Sciences, which grew by 12.4% but declined by 2.1% QoQ (due to the onsite-to-offshore transition). - In the client metrics, we can observe broad-based client growth of around 22% on average. - Geographically, North America grew by 17.4%, Europe by 37.5%, India by 18.3%, and the rest of the world declined by 1.7%. 2. AI Updates - AI for Technology update: SASVA 3.0 was launched in the last quarter, a generative plus deterministic AI platform for digital engineering. Here, 55+ patents were filed (up from 35 in Q4 FY25). The updated version enables a faster software development lifecycle, tech modernization, and lower GPU costs. - AI for Business update: In the BFSI vertical, the company built an underwriter agent that automates the loan origination process. In Healthcare, the SciMitra Agent was built leveraging Google’s agentic platforms, which accelerates scientific discovery, complementing the company’s PI-OmniKG, a knowledge graph-based solution. 3. When an AI agent does the work of a 30-person call center Even among lower-middle-market companies, AI agents are rapidly taking over the work of large sales teams, says Dustin Sellers, Managing Partner of Next Coast Legacy, an Entrepreneurship-Through-Acquisition (ETA) private equity firm currently is applying AI solutions across its portfolio. Sellers tells Search Party he was impressed with the experience of portfolio company TransTech, a trucker-training company, which saw an AI sales agent be "put in in an afternoon" and "generatively get better very, very quickly." Sellers contrasted this AI move with an earlier effort to build up the TransTech Group sales team, which took more than 100 days and many more dollars. TransTech co-CEO Tyrel Sulzer, who joins Sellers in the Search Party conversation, is now engaged in helping other Next Coast portfolio leaders deploy AI solutions. AI solutions work for business leaders if "you want specificity, but you want high volume," says Sellers.
