Persistent Systems reported yet another strong quarter, marking its 22nd consecutive period of revenue growth with Q2FY26 revenue rising 4.2% quarter-on-quarter and 17.6% year-on-year to USD 406.2 million. The company also saw operating margins improve to 16.3%, underscoring its focus on execution excellence and client-centric innovation. “We are pleased to report our 22nd sequential quarter of revenue growth, up 4.2% Q-o-Q and 17.6% Y-o-Y, with operating margin improving to 16.3%,” said Sandeep Kalra, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director at Persistent. “Our AI strategy builds on a strong platform-led foundation and is powered by deep domain knowledge, differentiated IPs, accelerators and strategic partnerships, enabling clients to scale innovation and achieve measurable impact faster.” During the quarter, Persistent secured total contract value of USD 609.2 million and annual contract value of USD 447.9 million, alongside key client wins across software, financial services, and healthcare. The company’s leadership was further strengthened with the elevation of Jaideep Dhok as Chief Operating Officer – Technology. Persistent’s sustained momentum also earned multiple accolades, including the Everest Group’s Growth Honor of the Year and recognition for AI excellence at the National AI Awards 2025.
