🌟 From Classroom to Kitchen 🌟 Our Chef Development team recently visited West Suffolk College to inspire the next generation of chefs as they prepare to take the step from Education to industry. Through a filled pasta workshop, the culinary students gained hands-on experience in rolling fresh pasta dough, creating flavourful fillings, infusing rich sauces. Bringing all of these skills together, they created: ✨ Mushroom Tortellini ✨ Butternut Squash & Ricotta Ravioli ✨ Salmon & Tarragon Ravioli These workshops give young people the skills, confidence, and insight they need to bridge the gap between education and professional kitchens.
