Over the past weeks, I’ve been exploring how education is being reshaped not just by generative AI, but by the rise of agentic AI, systems that don’t merely generate content but also act, plan, and collaborate. In my recent article, I reviewed five studies that range from conceptual frameworks to real-world prototypes. To take this further, I’ve put together a visual booklet that distills their key insights into a simple, shareable format. This booklet raises important questions: - How do we keep learning authentic when agents can automate tasks? - Where can AI act as a mentor, facilitator, or collaborator rather than a shortcut? - How should institutions balance innovation with integrity? I’d love to hear your reflections. How are you preparing your classrooms and institutions for the age of learning agents? #AgenticAI #EdTech #HigherEducation #FutureOfLearning Dr Juergen RudolphLeon Furze Dr Nick Jackson Dr. Mayuri Ambule Barbara Anna Zielonka Lizzie Muringi-Ngwenya Bronwyn Desjardins Dr. Samia kouki Anna Batchelder Jason Johnson, Ph.D. Matthew Esterman 🧔🏻

Excellent synthesis. I think the big challenge now is cultural: educators may embrace efficiency but hesitate to trust AI in mentorship roles. Perhaps our next step is professional development that prepares teachers to co-design learning with AI rather than resisting it.
