Multi-factor authentication (MFA) might feel like “one more step,” but that small step blocks 99% of common attacks. 🔑 A few extra seconds at login is nothing compared to the weeks—or months—of recovery after a breach. If you haven’t turned on MFA everywhere yet, now’s the time. Your future self (and your business) will thank you.

Weak passwords remain one of the most common causes of breaches. ✅ Use long passphrases (12+ characters) instead of complex short passwords. ✅ Never reuse passwords across accounts. ✅ Encourage password managers for your team. Better passwords don’t just protect individuals, they protect your whole organization. a prompt for this. #CybersecurityAwarenessMonth #trustaira #DigitalSecurity

Two of the most common questions I get asked.. what VPN should I use? what password manager should I use? And yes, the best password manager is one you actually use. But the most common picture I get sent from family and friends is the disgust when they find the password manager book in a store. But think about it a minute... at least what is written there is only accessible to those in your home and not a globe worth of fraudsters. ...and storing passwords in your browser does not count! #CybersecurityAwarenessMonth CISO Global

The Reality: Because of the technology password managers use, the company doesn’t even know your master password. So make it a long and unique password! And when you turn on MFA on your password manager, it’s even more secure. Even when a password manager company gets hacked, cybercriminals can’t access your passwords.

“Your password has expired.”🤦🏼♂️🤷🏻♀️🙇🏾♂️ It feels like a small annoyance. But that reminder is actually your shield. Old passwords are the easiest way in for attackers — and one reused password can open many doors. So when the system asks you to change it, don’t sigh.🤦🏼 Smile. You’re protecting your digital world.😊😊 ✅ Use strong, unique passwords ✅ Turn on MFA Small habits. Big protection. 🔒 #CyberSecurityAwarenessMonth #CISOMindmap #CyberAwareness
