A Memorable INSEAD CEO Dinner On Wednesday, October 1st, on behalf of the INSEAD Alumni Association Brazil - IAAB, which I have the privilege to lead, I hosted an exclusive dinner with Francisco Veloso, Dean of INSEAD - The Business School for the World - alongside 11 outstanding alumni who are today Chairs, CEOs, and Managing Partners leading major organizations across Brazil and Latin America. The distinguished guests included Alexandre Sabbag (Boyden), Eduardo Fischer (MRV&CO), Federico Grosso (ServiceNow), Fernando Nogueira (Consulting House), Heloisa Callegaro (McKinsey & Company), Heraldo M. (Biomm), Jan Riehle (B4A), Luciana Staciarini Batista (The Coca-Cola Company), Marcelo Paiva (Sigma Lithium Corp. (Nasdaq:SGML), Nestor Casado (Inspire Capital), and Ross Saario (Intelipost). Held at Mammasan, in São Paulo’s Jardins district, the evening featured Chef ÉRICA MAIERA’s exceptional Japanese-Italian tasting menu, paired with Portuguese wines in tribute to the Dean. The conversation centered on leadership in the age of AI, and how business schools like INSEAD are shaping executives capable of combining intelligence with judgment, innovation with values, and performance with purpose. As Francisco reminded us, “The true advantage of future leaders will come not from mastering technology, but from understanding how to lead humans in a world increasingly shaped by it.” Carolina Louzada Daniel Accioly Rosa Daniel Scattolon Becker Henrique Oliveira Nicole Harari Rodrigo Salles Tiago Machado William de Almeida Frans Blom Anne-Ev Juette-Enzmann Aileen Huang Alexis von Busekist Dominique Sergent Felipe Monteiro Zeina Sleiman #INSEAD #Leadership #AI #ResponsibleLeadership #INSEADAlumni #INSEADBrazil #FranciscoVeloso
Indeed a great dinner Antonio Uras! thank you for organising.
Great dinner! Enjoyed it a lot, thanks for organising Antonio Uras! 👏 👏
Thank you so much for putting this together Antonio Uras!
What a formidable event, Uras!
Hey, Antonio Uras! What if we created the IPO: INSEAD Presidents’ Organization? Inspired by the YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization), but replacing the “Y” with INSEAD, and the age limit with lifelong learning, impact, and values-based leadership. An IPO would bring together INSEAD Alumni who are today Chairs, CEOs, and Managing Partners across sectors and regions, leaders committed not only to performance, but to purpose, innovation, and responsible leadership. From São Paulo to Singapore, Fontainebleau to San Francisco, our alumni community has reached a stage where such a peer network could amplify collaboration, trust, and transformation.
