Because many of us are, in some way, born into something, a gift, an opportunity, a foundation someone else built for us. The generation before us spent decades laying bricks so that we could dream bigger. They worked quietly, without recognition, building something lasting , a company, a legacy, a name we could stand on with pride. At Encardio, that spirit runs through everything we do. We are where we are today because someone before us believed in building not for themselves, but for the future. They didn’t talk about purpose. They lived it. Their hands, their integrity, their persistence, those were the bricks. We need to remind ourselves constantly. Whatever we’ve been born into: privilege, talent, and opportunity we must value it.
