*Long gratitude post* 10 years - seems like an eternity, but at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) they have gone by in a flash. When I joined BCG a decade ago, it marked a big transition — from the world of analytics and KPOs to consulting. The early days were all about adapting to new ways of working, tight timelines, and a whole new language of consulting. Over time, I grew to love the pace, the challenge, and most importantly, the impact we create for clients. What began as a job has truly become a passion — something that continues to motivate me every single day. The next 10 years promise to be even more exciting as we reimagine how we work and create value. What has made these 10 years worth every day? - The entrepreneurial freedom to explore and excel - Opportunities to contribute to the firm and shape our journey - Privilege of working with brilliant, inspiring colleagues - A culture that values innovation, respect, and collaboration I owe a huge thanks to so many people: - Top of the list - my family, who always understood when I had to prioritize work over them. - My CCI Ops team - the best team (past and present) any leader can wish for; like minded individuals who work together to achieve nearly impossible goals year-on-year. This milestone would not have been achievable without you. - My mentors - Aditya Vikram Jain, Vaibhav Wali, Yusof Ahmad, Swati Arora, Rose Johnson — each of whom has shaped my journey in meaningful ways. Specially Vaibhav Wali, who has been a guiding light over these 10 years - Leaders who have inspired me through their unique leadership style - Lauren Taylor, Aparna Bharadwaj, Ben Eppler, Gabriela Barrios, Kanika Sanghi, and Anil Joshi - Pascal Enohnyaket, Greg McRoskey, Mario Farsky, Rodolphe Mouvet, Ankur Jain, Jiawei Liu, T.R. Geng, Deepti Tyagi [She/Her], Ranjan Arora, Kelly Rebeck Kutas, Melike Yavuz Inonu, Tomas Andor, Raphael Estripeau, and all my current and ex CCI colleagues who have supported me and the team over the years - Stakeholders who have always supported me and the team - Jeff Lindquist, Pierre Dupreelle, Jorge Olarte Blanco, Brett B., Mosum Shah, Jordan Nicolbeck, WuDi Wu, Raahul Ramakrishnan, MD, Lasse Ringstad, Yang Zhou, Mads Wadstrom, Hassane Kante, James Argent, Nimra Khan, Gabriele Zaffarano - the list goes on. - And finally, the friends I have made here for life - Saurabh Chaddha, Gaurav Bajpai, Hitesh Kumar Sharma, Pintu Rai, Aparna R.; if it weren't for you, the days would have seemed much longer and nowhere close to fun 😊 Just wanted to share this gratitude note as I continue this journey at BCG. #BCG #TenYears #Gratitude #ConsultingLife #Milestone
