✨Jennifer Gore✨’s Post

✅✅✅ I would do it all again. I’ve always been a lifelong learner. And I never have regretted a dollar I’ve spend on investing in my knowledge and growth. The truth is, I’ve been learning, practicing, and investing in my growth for nearly a decade. I’ve spent significant time and resources on masterminds, coaching programs, seminars, and workshops, working through the challenges that came my way with help from people much wiser and more experienced than me. I’ve had the privilege of learning alongside some of the most respected figures in our field, and I’ve gained lessons from so many incredible people — it’s hard to even capture it all in one post. I’ve also worked with a mindset coach, a personal stylist who helped me find my own brand, a health coach, a fitness coach, a parenting coach and I’ve been lucky to have the guidance of an amazing therapist who has helped me grow on the inside, not just on the outside. What I’ve learned is this: it always comes back to mindset. Whatever area you’re working on business, leadership, health, parenting, or personal growth — the common thread is how you think about what you’re facing. I know I’ll always have more to learn, more to improve, and more to understand from people who know things I don’t. But the biggest truth? Learning alone isn’t enough. You can take in all the ideas in the world, but none of it matters if you don’t put it into practice. I share this because it’s easy to look at people who are making progress and assume it just came naturally. What you don’t always see are the struggles, the missteps, the long hours, and the deep personal effort it took behind the scenes. That’s the real story of growth and it’s something I’ll keep working on, one day at a time. #alwaysbegrowing #mindset #growth #leadership #lawfirm #personaldevelopment #lifelonglearning #implementation

I love everything about this post. You know I just text RJon this morning telling him something he told me 18 months ago just now clicked as a business owner. Those lessons we learn, we thought we learned them, and then somehow we relearn it or understand it better when it smacks us in the face. I hope I never stop wanting to learn and invest in myself. The second I do I’ve settled. And I never want to settle. Thank you for reminding us of the constant journey.

Always something more to learn and do! The growth never ends and it never should.

This is such an honest and necessary perspective—thank you for sharing it. There’s still so much pressure in the legal field to chase prestige as the definition of success, even when it comes at the cost of purpose or well-being. Your story is a reminder that while brand names may open doors, they don’t always lead to fulfillment—and that’s okay. As someone who helps law firms build visibility and brand credibility, I’ve seen firsthand how the “BigLaw label” can shape perceptions—but I’ve also seen how meaningful work and aligned branding can redefine that narrative. Appreciate you using your platform to speak truthfully and give permission to those navigating this journey on their own terms. ⚖️✨

What you don’t always see are the struggles, the missteps, the long hours, and the deep personal effort it took behind the scenes. <~~ This is 100% right.

The power of mindset is so real.

Mindset really is everything. It’s those unseen struggles that shape success.

This is such a refreshing reminder that growth doesn’t just happen—it’s built, earned, and practiced over time. The level of intention you’ve put into your development is powerful, and honestly, it shows. Appreciate you pulling back the curtain and sharing the real work behind the scenes.

Gotta love the lifelong learner mindset. Keeps you sharp in business and life.

Learn to speak kid…going to have to check that one out!

Spot on, Jennifer. People only see the part of the iceberg that's above water, but completely miss the real picture under the water. Success is not a random incident, it's the result of years of struggle, wins, failures, doubts, frustrations, self doubts, perseverance, etc.
