As an information security professional, I have to keep in mind every morning I wake up, everything could be gone when I get to work today. The worst case scenario is I have to consider even if they're not likely. Our point is my Plan B, that if the systems have been compromised, if a technological failure has occurred, we have to restart. We're not starting from zero. We have prepared ahead of time against this contingency and we're ready to move forward. My name is Matt Pierce, I'm the senior principal cyber security engineer, which is a lot of words to say that I do what's necessary to protect the company's information resources. So I'm Sam Adams, I'm the information technology director here at People Tech. So our culture here at People Tech is people. First technology always that's been rooted in the foundation since the company started. Our leadership has made that known and wanted to keep that alive and they've done that to this day after 20 years, obviously no company can stand alone and do it by themselves. We rely on our suppliers and partners or whoever we team with to achieve a goal. I have point has helped us with challenges and regarding data management, data retention, data backup, we've used that product for about two years now. We have confidence in the tool piece of mind is that. We know that we have a trustworthy partner that has a capability to provide restoration of our services and we're able to know that we can bring the business back from the absolute worst case when we have a need to and hopefully we never do. We make it to another day without having a conflict and we're fine. Responsibilities taken care of. So we have confidence to put our priorities towards other things. So that has been a help with relieving that stress of knowing. Is our data backed up? Is it protected? And we have that confidence now. I'm not sure how far we can affect the world from our own, you know, little swivel seats. What we can do is make the people we work with confident that the capabilities we provide them are going to support them in doing the job that they do.
