AXIA Ventures Group acted as Exclusive Financial Advisor to EDP Renewables in relation to the agreement for the sale of a 150MW operating renewable energy portfolio in Greece. EDPR, established in 2007 as the renewable energy arm of EDP, is one of the largest renewables energy producers globally. Listed on Euronext Lisbon, EDPR has established a robust footprint across Europe, North America, South America and Asia/Pacific. The transaction scope comprises four operating wind farms benefiting from 20-year Contracts for Difference. With this sale, EDPR has already secured ~€0.7 billion of its ~€2 billion Asset Rotation Proceeds target for 2025.
