Another project nears completion so another road reopens. Blinshall street which runs north south parallel to Brown street in Dundee has reopened so we can now appreciate all the brickwork and windows on Stanley Studios block B. Stanley Studios is a two phase PBSA (Purpose Built Student Accommodation). Block A is a 152 unit project built on the corner of Brown Street and Douglas Street in Dundee which opened in September 2024. Block B is slightly smaller with 98 studio apartments and will be ready for students starting in 2025.
