✨ A new chapter has just closed — I recently completed my internship at Thales, one of Europe’s leaders in Aerospace, Space, Defence, Security, and Transportation. Over the past six months, I had the privilege of working at the cortAIx lab, Thales’ research center, where I explored the exciting field of Machine Unlearning. I was fortunate to be supervised by Alice Héliou and Vincent Thouvenot, whose guidance and collaboration made this journey both enriching and inspiring. Our work led to a first-of-its-kind proposal: a method to benchmark unlearning using in-training artifacts. Unlike existing approaches in the literature, our method opens the door to scalability — making it applicable even to large-scale models such as LLMs. This project also marked another personal milestone: it enabled me to graduate (again :)) with high honors from National School of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics of Grenoble. 🎓 I’m grateful for this experience and excited to take on the next challenge ahead! 🚀
