According to a census taken in 1922, the first census since the fall of the Ottoman rule of pre-state Palestine in 1917, the population of Jerusalem totalled 62,578. Of this number 33,971 were Jews, 14,699 were Christians, 13,413 were Muslims, plus 495 others. FACT. There was a strong Jewish majority in Jerusalem in 1922 and this was after the Nebi Musa Islamic progrom, initiated by Haj Amin al-Husseini in 1920, that targeted and murdered Jews in the Old City of Jerusalem. Perhaps it is now important to share what happened to all Jews and Christian’s between 1946&1948 in Jerusalem, how they were 100% exiled with all their homes and property stolen, and how Jews and Christians were not permitted in Jerusalem until 1967. Is it worth noting how ancient judeo/christian history in Jerusalem was deliberately and systematically destroyed - between 1946&1967. We should ask out islamosocialist friends if this was genocidal. If this is sharia. If indeed sharia is what they hope for Israel. And if this is them supporting genocide and aparthied. They do not care.
It is disheartening and deeply disturbing how Israel’s history has been re-created to fit the Jihadist agenda. In fact they have been so strategic and clever in using colonial discourse to spread their fascism and create more spaces that mirror their regime. Europe, North America are sitting ducks if this is allowed to continue. This needs to be checked and challenged before liberal democracies turn unknowingly and it’s too late.
We can also go back further and the time Jesus was born, died and resurrected, Jerusalem was full of Jews and life centred around the second temple. It’s well documented in the Christian New Testament, so it’s not a made up Jewish thing. It’s an external source to the Jewish texts and formed around 60AD or so.

Jerusalem is a long way from Mecca but that has never stopped Islam. After exhiling, executing and robbing many Jews and Christians Mohammed had another 'revelation': Koran 33:27 "And He caused you to inherit their land and their homes and their properties and a land which you have not trodden. And ever is Allah , over all things, competent." And so it continues to this day, right around the globe. Islam expands, kills and robs - following the sacrosanct example of its 'prophet' and conveniently blames it all on God. Islam even claims this is the same God of those very people it kills and robs!
