Being in an environment where we feel comfortable in sharing our experiences and being vulnerable to learn is what I've always looked for.   Last week, Inclusion teams were able to share their best practices to SAP Labs Managing Directors from all around the world 🌎   As Project Owner of Spanish Language Learning, from Cultures@SAP, I was able to share how we can assist our Labs colleagues to achieve the best version of themselves and improve their Spanish communication skills - always keeping our eyes on how we can do better.   Thanks to my teammates Amanda Ramos Pauletto, Sarahil Anspach SAMANTHA MACHADO DOS SANTOS and Laura Barreras from Spanish Language Learning that drives this project to its best version and Dienifer Medinger and Mariana Vicente Gil for the amazing leadership. #diversityandinclusion #sap
